Local MP Mark Pawsey is supporting National Apprenticeship Week by calling on local businesses in Rugby to learn about the business benefits of Apprenticeships, find out more information about how Apprenticeships can help their business grow, and take on their first apprentice!
According to a recent survey carried out by the National Apprenticeship Service, companies with apprentices benefit significantly over those who don’t. It’s not just the business benefits that employers are reporting, with 83% agreeing that employing apprentices leads to a better work environment.
