Rugby MP Mark Pawsey has welcomed the news that the Bedworth, Rugby and Nuneaton Citizens Advice Bureau (BRANCAB) are to receive £238,074 in funding from the Big Lottery Fund and the government.
Mark said:
“The CAB provides important support and advice to my constituents here in Rugby and I am delighted that they have received this funding which will enable them to continue to provide this very valuable service.”
Mark continued:
“The hard working volunteers and staff at the Rugby CAB deserve greater recognition for the important work that they do and I know that this additional funding will only further assist them in continuing to provide high quality advice for local people.”
The fund was launched in October 2012 and provides grants between £50,000 and £350,000 to be spent over 24 months.
