Gallachers of Rugby, one of the newest businesses to open in the town centre, last week welcomed local MP Mark Pawsey to raise a glass to the businesses success.
Located at 37 Regent Street in the heart of Rugby’s independent quarter, Gallachers of Rugby is an independent wine merchant offering a range of red, white and rosé wines. As well has having wines available to purchase, customers can also sample some of their wines using the shops Enomatic Wine dispenser, which has six different wines to sample. The shop is run by husband & wife Russel & Debbie Gallacher and opening a wine merchants in their home town is the culmination of their dream.
Gallachers also offers the opportunity to host a wine tasting evening at their venue with the use of their Function Room, with guests being offered either bottles of wine or the use of Gallachers’ wine dispenser. Anyone interested in booking Gallachers for an event can contact the shop directly on 01788 568543 or email@example.com.
“It is always a pleasure to visit a new business in Rugby. Gallachers is a unique business in the town that offers a different service and provides a great place to try usual and unique wines. Debbie and Russel are clearly passionate about running their shop and it is a great chance to enjoy something a little bit different.”
“Rugby has always had a great variety of independent retailers and Gallachers is a great example of how someone can turn their dream of running their own business into a reality. As someone who ran their own business here in Rugby before entering Parliament, I know how rewarding that can be and I wish them all the best for the future.”
Debbie Gallacher, who owns and runs Gallachers of Rugby along with her husband Russel, added:
“It is an exciting venture for us both and the response received so far from people has been great. We want wine to be fun, not stuffy, we aim to offer a great selection of wine from around the world and having the opportunity to try some of them before you purchase ensures you get that perfect bottle to enjoy.”
