‘Rock The House’ is a new music competition with a political twist; supporting unsigned bands and artists, it will raise political awareness of the importance of music and other creative businesses to the UK. It is open to all unsigned bands and best live venues.
Supported by a myriad of big names within music, including key sponsors UK Music and Future Publishing, the competition has already attracted significant interest from a number of chart-toppers.
Mark said:
“I am urging all aspiring unsigned rock bands in Rugby to enter this great new competition. Any initiative that promotes live music and the development of new talent has my full backing I would encourage all those wishing to apply to do so by the deadline on the 30th April”.
Mark added:
“I look forward to receiving applications from local bands and venues and hope to see Rugby represented in the final line-up”.
