Rugby MP Mark Pawsey uses his speech in the Commons debate on the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 to argue that the concerns of businesses should be considered in the UK's future relationship with the EU, and urges his colleagues on all sides of the House of Commons to back the deal the Prime Minister has negotiated between the UK and the European Union.
