Rugby's Conservative Parliamentary Candidate, Mark Pawsey has this week launched a new campaign to bring a comprehensive high-speed broadband internet connection throughout the Rugby constituency. The campaign includes uses a short, simple but effective survey to assess peoples Internet speed which can be found here.

5th January 2010

Rugby people have condemned the Government’s attitude concerning the Armed Forces in a poll conducted by Rugby Conservatives. Nearly 80% of those asked felt that the proposed cut to the funding of the Territorial Army was a mistake, and over 70% felt that the Government does not do enough to help wounded or returning service personnel.

Mark Pawsey, Parliamentary Candidate for Rugby Conservatives, will be meeting with Chris Gibb, Chief Operating Officer of Virgin Trains at Rugby Station on Wednesday 18 November 2009, where he will be shown the recent investment in Rugby's rail service.
